Navy is a 2012 foal from FANCY (Flaxen). He was born on May 15, 2012 and is pictured on the opening picture of our web site. He is now two-years old and has been gelded. He is in training for ground work including trailer loading, farrier work and lungeing. He is a stockier type Haflinger, following his mother's traits.
Navy attended his first show in Annapolis Valley. He entered the Haflinger line classes and placed First in his class and second overall. He learned so much about good behavior at the show. We are very proud of him.
Navy is working well in his ground work this year. He is confident and has shown no fear of plastic bags, traces around his legs and moving through obstacles. He will begin drive training this winter but only as in introduction.
